Engineering consultant, YBA Engineer Yasser El Beltagy, known for his exceptional work on projects like the new El Alamein Towers, is on board. The interior design is helmed by Engineer Hani Saad.

Key features of the project include a commercial hub with top global cafes and restaurants by the sea, swimming pools tailored for different age groups and genders, artificial lakes enhancing the scenic views, a boutique hotel managed internationally, sports facilities like paddle and tennis courts, a club house with varied amenities, a dedicated kids area, cinema beach, nostalgia beach, and a robust security system.

Various living spaces are available, ranging from 65 sqm rooms to larger options like two or three-bedroom units starting at 85 sqm and 111 sqm respectively, garden or sky villas measuring 210 sqm, and a spacious family house of 838 sqm with a 196 sqm garden.

Flexible payment plans are offered, with options including

15% down payment and 10% after 3 months, and remaining installments over 4 years

or a 25% down payment with the remaining balance spread over 5 years.
