MOONREAL TOWER

The initial endeavor of its kind in the Administrative Capital, featuring a direct link to the Monorail station, the most modern and favored mode of transportation in Egypt by the year 2023. Situated in the tourist towers region, on key axes and significant landmarks in both Downtown and the capital city. Covering a land area of 11,000 square meters, the building stands at a height of 111 meters with a facade width of 136 meters. The basement comprises 4 floors in accordance with the guidelines of the Administrative Capital Company. The commercial floors occupy 45% of the building with an approximate area of 5,000 square meters per floor, while the remaining floors from the fourth level onwards account for 15% with an area of around 1,800 square meters per floor.

- Ground floor: Houses cafes, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy

- First floor: Includes a restaurant area and shops

- Third floor: An open area of 2,500 square meters utilized as a terrace for shops
